Jo began working at Wallingford Adult Education in 1995. She has a B.S. in Education from Western Connecticut State University. Jo is an ABE/GED teacher and co-coordinator for the GED program. She is an adjunct faculty member and university assistant in the ceramics department at Southern Connecticut State University.
